Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we regret that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges.
  • To qualify for a return, the item should remain unused, retain its original condition, and be housed in its original packaging.

Processing Refunds

Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • If you don't notice the refund, kindly double-check your bank account.
  • Get in touch with your credit card provider; it might take a while for the refund to reflect in your statement.
  • Also, consider checking with your bank as there's typically a waiting period before refunds get posted.

Exchanges
